## Conventions

- **Projects:** One folder per project, self-contained
- **Inbox:** Drop zone — I'll process and sort
- **Archive:** `mv` completed projects here, not delete
- **Memory:** Daily notes auto-named by date

## File Naming

- Lowercase, hyphens: `my-project-name`
- Dates: `YYYY-MM-DD` prefix when relevant
- No spaces in filenames
