The 100k is for emergency purposes and to save up for a down payment for my future house. My question is, I had a co worker tell me to move most of my money from the HYSA into a brokage account (and buy index funds such as VOO) so I can yield higher returns. My HYSA currently is about 3.5%.. What would ya'll recommend?",
